I called CS several times to verify if this was right and it is.  I now return all I can fit into one box, use one label (as long as they are the same type of item, i.e., clothng, etc.).  I then include the labels that I did not use and cross them out and put them with the items as well.

How do I return multiple items with one return label?

We want to keep the return process as easy as possible!

You can return as many of the items that arrived together in one box with the one return label you received, and you'll only be charged for one return label fee.

• To return items from different shipments at one time, you can use one box and one return label as well.
• To print a replacement return label, go to the Order Status page on QVC.com.

I did notice that pleasant new way of returning. I sent back 4 items that were under the 5 lb limit and used their label. But I did take a pic of the things I sent back just in case. Also documented all the labels and paper work too. Have had some pretty maddening things happen when I've done this in the past. But good for the Q !!!
