and my family.
I want to change my lifestyle and become a healthier person. I need some help.
I dont have a lot of weight to lose, but I want to learn how to pick foods that are better and still keep the meals quick and child friendly.
My dh is a meat and potato kinda guy, but I want US all to be healthy about the foods we eat from now on.
Any suggestions...books...recipe sites??
I will also start including more exercises. What is the best way to make yourself do them? Pictures? Alarm clock set to start time? I just need that extra PUSH!! ![]()
I hate gyms. I dont like to work out in front of people. Its the shyness in me!!
