Sorry, but I really don't see how the moderators are over-taxed considering how slow and moribund the forums are.

Unless you mean all the requests to track down my package and fix my order. Don't they have a Customer Service Department?

I am thinking of having to read all the reports , from people who lodge a complaint. They have 27 forums to monitor ,and i am not sure how many mods  they have per shift

I'm thinking that a lot of them are "caught" before someone complains or reports.  I would hate to try to keep up with every single thing that is posted on every single thread.  That would have to be a very tiresome, boring job.
