I was watching “Extra” tonight and there was a segment about a new surgery for double chins. The results were remarkable. The surgery is done in office, takes one hour and costs approximately $5,000. I tried to write down information but the segment was over too fast. If you’re considering a procedure I suggest you try to take a look at the show from August 20, 2019. Anyone that wants to help others by supplying more information here is welcome to do so in this thread.

I think I would opt for Kybella instead. That one needs no surgery, just a local numb and it costs about the same.

$5K for a chin lift? What about the rest of your drooping face & eyes? Not going to match just doing a chin lift. Save it and get a face lift from a reputable plastic surgeon.

Kybella is $1500 a pop. I needed 2. It hurt like nobody's business and I looked like I had a grapefruit under my chin for 2 weeks. The results are nice, but I could probably use another treatment.

Did you need skin tightening afterwards? Many people who have Kybella injections have some sagging skin left after the Kybella has done it's job. So then laser skin tightening is done to take care of the sag.

I didnt. If I had to do it again, I probably would have done it thru liposuction. I am no shrinking violet, but the Kybella was almost unbearable without some kind of sedative.

It’s not really a lift. Some people have a double chin, even when very young. The results looked so good.

This is a new technique developed by a reputable plastic surgeon.

My chin is starting to droop. I have no deep wrinkles around my eyes or forehead or sagging anywhere else. Something like this would work wonders for me.

Thanks, but no thanks. Could use it though!
