New Years Eve...need to vent!

{#emotions_dlg.sad} Tonight was a disaster! We had a party at my sisters house. We were watching movies and brother in law was Mr quiet all night. Not social. So after the movie we (husband, sister, niece) went to play cards. My niece is close to my husband to the point it can be annoying.

Long story short my son (whos 9) felt left out. The night was boring anyway. We were having some fun playing cards. My BIL actually went to bed. I felt like a grump all night.

Toward the 12 hr my son got mad...he started trying to fight w my husband...who played with him making it worse. Now everyones mad..my son is sad cause he thinks Daddy hates him.

What a way to start the new year! Sorry to be a downer.
