Most retailers do this. If no printer a QR code scanned by the shipper works really well.

If you call CS, they will mail you a label.

QVC sent me an email saying they will know longer be sending return labels. Customers will have to print one. What are your thoughts on this.
No problem whatsoever. I don't know how people can even function without a printer, but that's another conversation for another day.
It's 2025 and every type of business is looking for ways to cut back.
If you feel purchasing online is really a problem in case you might have to return something, you have two choices:
1 - Read the instructions and learn how to return packages.
2 - Shop only at B&M stores.
See? Easy peasy.

I have used this OVC online return method and find it easy to follow, refunds are processed promptly too.

I will miss receiving a return label as I keep the label to match it against my bill when it comes in. Not really a big deal since I can do it on line I know, but it's been my practice. I don't have or want a printer so I have returned using the QR code with no problem other than waiting in line at the post office.

@millies daughter Sorry I stepped on your toes and started another thread with the same concerns on Q Talk. I'll have it deleted. Thanks for posting.

I'm another that can't imagine not having a printer, I print a lot of recipes, special notes or orders with companies with whom I don't have an established account. But when it comes to returns with Amazon, I never need to print anything, we just take it too Staples or the UPS store. I seldom return to QVC it is more difficult so I don't buy as often, actually for this reason.

As I posted on the other thread re this topic: I too received the email this morning. I make few returns to QVC. I like the new method. More in line with Amazon. I will download the QR code if I have to make a return.

I can't imagine not having printer, it comes in so handy. I sell on poshmark & mercuri and I need a printer to be able to print the labels. I think this is a good business move on QVC's part. It will save a lot of money.
