I have been doing paperless billing on all of my cc's for years. I don't like getting a mailbox full of bills when I can just get a email bill, pay online, done.

I have had paperless bills for years and love it. I look at it online and pay it online.  My good friend had a few of her bills go missing by mail.  She was nervous that someone got her information.

I just paid my QCard bill and noticed the insert that tells us that within 60 days, if we want a printed bill sent to us, Synchrony bank is going to charge $1.99 a month.  The enclosed flyer was titled "No paper. No fee."  Well, I expect a bill to be sent to me and don’t expect to pay for the delivery of that bill.  With this notification, it means to me that I will be getting rid of my QCard.  I’d like to hear what others think of this.

Most banks and credit card companies have been doing this for 20+ years. I feel better not having my account numbers/info going through the mail.

I don't have a QVC CC.  They dumped me years ago for nonpayment of a bill.

I had zero balance at the time.  They made a mistake, but I was so mad,I just let it go.  I always pay my CC's off in full every month.

I understand why some people would like a paper bill.  If they ever get sick or something happens that they cannot access their online account for some reason, no one will know there is a bill due.  They will take a credit hit for nonpayment.

I always get a paper bill for my two CC's even though I pay the bills on line.

I have two dept store CC that Email me my bills because I won't pay the monthly fee.  I only use those cards when there is a discount to do so.  Otherwise, I use my VISA.

My husband and I use a Sam’s Club Mastercard a lot.  Our monthly balance is usually between $1000 and $3000.  It is with Synchrony Bank.  We pay it off in full every month.

So far, they do not charge us a monthly fee for a paper bill.  If they do, they will lose us as customers.  My DH refuses to pay bills on line, he pays by check and wants a paper bill. He won't change his ways.

I just switched to paperless. I got an email telling me what I owe and when it's due. I pay the card through my bank, so other than checking my statement online for any errors, it was easy. I also received a message confirming my payment was received...

I won't pay it. I hate Synchrony Bank policies.

I received notice that Comenity Bank (Talbot's card) will be charging $2.99 a month to receive a paper bill.  I have been on their paperless billing list for several years as well as all of my utility bills and other credit cards.  I receive little first class mail.  I even stopped printing out my supermarket receipt and get it thru email!

I have no problem with someone wanting a paper statement in the mail. I do have a problem with a fee to get that statement. It is the cost of doing business.

I have not seen any threads on it since I don't look at everything regularly, so thank you OP for starting this thread.

Got the same type notice today from my Talbot's card with Comenity Bank. The charge will be $2.99 i think it was so I switched over to paperless bills. I don't buy much there any more anyway.
