I had my drivers license  or SS card can't remember which one at UPS where they cover them with plastic to keep dirt and stains off.

 

When I went to get something renewed I had to show whatever card it was and they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't in original form. Won't do that again. I remember I had to go to a Gov office and get issued a whole new plain card.
