I just looked this up. What a (IMO) silly gimmick.

 

B vitamins, if one buys into the "instant energy" hype can be bought for pennies.  The same with D3 - and at much higher doses than what's in these.

 

If you believe it will energize you, you'll probably feel energized.

i bought these on amazon, with a lightening deal price. i just drank my first one and i don't really like the taste of the coffee. i will probably have to put milk or flavoring, in it, to finish the box. too soon for my energy boost, to kick in! it would be easier/tastier to have a k-cup and take a vitamin/B12, or something like that.
