Re: New Gain detergent commercial....

And gosh darn it! We are talking about it, which was their intent.  Does it make you want to buy Gain?

I sometimes wonder what age group is coming up with commercials.  Many, like this one, make me think boys about 10 are in charge.  It sure doesn't want to make me buy their product.

Funny.  THere are other things that make me think boys about 10 are in charge.

So..........after all is said and done..........how many here are running out to buy this product based on this commercial?

We get it about getting attention and the discussion-but in the end how many consumers are persuaded to buy the product based on a clean-smelling jock strap of all things.

We get the message-duh.  It's how much the message will encourage people to buy Gain.

@Cakers3

Oh, geez, Cakers, we're not here to develop their advertising blitz.

I already have a laundry soap that I've used forever and have no plans to change, no matter what sort of commercial is used to lure me in.

Commercials for anything rarely sway me one way or the other.

@QueenDanceALot  I don't care.

I saw the commercial - once.

I have to say, I've never seen a used jock strap that white.  It looked pristine!
