New Evidence Revealed Re: 'Missing' CO Mom

This is the nurse at the center of the fiancée murder case who is suspected of disposing of the dead woman's cellphone.

Divorced mother-of-two Krystal Lee is being investigated over her role in the mystery of the disappearance of Kelsey Berreth.

Lee, 32, is believed to have been having an affair with Patrick Frazee who has been charged with Berreth's murder even though her body has not been found.

Lee, who lives in Twin Falls, Idaho, has not been formally identified by police as the woman they are investigating, but sources confirm she is the woman involved.

ABC News reported Monday that a nurse was a person of interest in the case and was believed to have disposed of Berreth's phone in the days after she had last been seen alive.

Now DailyMail.com can reveal that that person is Lee, who works as a pre-op nurse at the St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls. She has now been placed on a leave of absence, the hospital confirms.

She was born Krystal Kenney and married rancher Chad Lee in October 2010. After having two children the marriage ended in divorce in June 2016, according to court records.

During their marriage, the couple lived in an isolated six-bedroom farmhouse overlooking a canyon in Kimberly, Idaho, seven miles east of Twin Falls. 'No Trespassing' notices were posted at the house on Thursday and a brand new chain was strung across the long drive.

DailyMail.com spoke with two people who know Lee professionally, and they both said they had been told that Frazee was having an affair with her. The couple had met at a rodeo.

Translation, there's nothing new in this case. Nothing that we haven't known for a over a week. As for this woman, they obviously were not having an "affair" because neither of them was married to anyone at the time. It appears they were in a relationship and it's likely that he killed the child's mother to avoid paying child support and to gain custody of the child. She was divorced, he wasn't married to the mother of his child. They weren't even a couple anymore. Maybe she was involved in getting rid of the phone, maybe not. Maybe she was involved more than the phone, maybe not. So, far it's all just wishful thinking and theories. Obviously, they hope that someone knows something that implicates her or can lead them to that phone and that that person will come foward. I'm not sure how her profession plays into the story. Why is she labeled as "the nurse" and not "the girlfriend". Whatever her involvement with this was, it was because she was his "girlfriend" not because she was a nurse.

@KingstonsMom So sad, and now it appears that his mother is fighting for custody of the daughter. Wow, have some sympathy for the family of the child's mother. Why would you fight for custody when the child's mother would have wanted HER family to take care of her, not her killer's family.

So said - what was his motive...not to pay child support? Unbelievable, if he is guilty, he should rot in prison with Scott Peterson.

The authorities have ALREADY found her phone. That's how they know about the girlfriend.
