She's got tough shoes to fill following Ms. Wintour.

Is Vogue even still relevant? Seems like a relic of the 90s.....

I never would have guessed she's related to Candace Bergen.  They look nothing alike.

Re: New Editor for Vogue

[ Edited ]

She is the daughter of Louis Malle as well, a highly acclaimed and well known French director.  She has a  very well known lineage on both sides of her family..........her mother as well as her father.

American Vogue has announced that Chloe Malle, 39, has been appointed as Vogue's newest head of editorial content, a few months after Wintour announced she was stepping back from her editor-in-chief role. Wintour is still serving as the company's chief content officer and global editorial director (and staying in her office), and will be Malle's direct supervisor.

Malle, the new head of editorial content, has worked at the magazine for over a decade as the editor of Vogue’s website and co-host of its podcast, The Run-Through.

Chloe has said that despite her influential Hollywood connections, and that while she’s a “proud nepo-baby”, the status has made her career more difficult.

“There is no question that I have 100 per cent benefited from the privilege I grew up in,” she told Vogue in a recent interview. “It’s delusional to say otherwise. I will say, though, that it has always made me work much harder. It has been a goal for a lot of my life to prove that I’m more than Candice Bergen’s daughter, or someone who grew up in Beverly Hills.”

@Goldengate8361  For the past 13 yrs I have received the mag by snail mail.  I have no clue how or why.  I have NEVER subscribed nor PAID FOR a subscription.

I save all of the perfumed flaps.  I overheard a neighbor say "xxxxxx always smell like expensive perfume"  Smiley LOL

I've seen some very cute Dooney bags, I've never seen on the Q.

Besides, there is one particular model I personally know who is always in Vogue due to the designer they work for or always hires.  I couldn't believe it at first till I called they're parents.

@mrshckynut  probably more popular in Europe.  It is still popular here, but magazines in hard copy don't sell like before here I USA.  They rarely even put them in Drs offices since Covid.   But many in the business collect every issue.  Not me..but it is a visually stunning magazine. ..
