Never say Never

As I sit here on the back deck, had you told me when my husband died 12 years ago that I would ever be watching my son laugh and have this much fun with his stepdad - power washing EVERYTHING - the horse trough, the tractors, the 3wheeler, I would have said - that will never happen. I never thought I would even survive and I never thought my kids would have a man in their life again that loves them like their father did.

I am very, very grateful.
