Never had the "commenting session closed" before????

I went to comment on my "white lie" thread and it has been closed for comments. Can't remember exact wording.

Are they doing that now instead of deleting threads?

I just wanted to say I really didn't mean to start a fight with posters.

This 85 year old guys wife said something about being fat (she was very obese) and he said "yes you are fat. See? I am brutally honest". That would have hurt me. I guess I don't like total honesty when it hurts someone.
