They have such pretty things!

Mine burned up today.  Got a throw and a  couple of pillows for sofa in fall colors.  My sofa is neutral beige, but light, almost ivory.  I change colors for every SEASON. I wanted to buy so much.  Thinking about a set of din ing chairs in ivory.

The items I brought were all 20% off.  Love that store.

Yes, Pier One is a great source for alternative colors in seasonal decor.

Last year I bought couch pillows with pumpkins, but the background was taupe, and the pumpkins were muted shades of blue, and white.

My house is cool neutrals, so this is perfect.

They are also a good source for alternative Christmas colors, too.

I don't do red and green or gold.  I have blues, silvers, white/cream.  I find a lot of neat stuff at Pier One!  I love the woodland theme for Christmas, as well.

Thanks, hoosieroriginal. I love browsing Pier One--  such a refreshing shopping interlude!

Agree - however, when I moved I'm now within 3 miles of Pier 1, Home Goods, Kirklands and in 3 days a new "At Home" store is opening.  This might get interesting with all these stores so close to each other.  I find Home Goods and Kirklands cheaper than Pier 1 but you gotta catch something you like quickly bc their stock rotates pretty fast and if something doesn't sell within a certain time they have great sales.   What I love about At Home stores is that most of their stuff is "assembled" vs the flat boxes elsewhere where u have to put stuff together.

No P1 near us.

But the trend in neutral fall decor is everywhere now.

Saw a lot at TJ Maxx and Hobby Lobby too.
