If I were you, I'd buy the smallest pack available of several different types until I found one that was suitable. I think cost doesn't matter. How much more expensive can one you really like be?

Use the cheapest and thinnest stuff you can find.

Why? Because it's the best for sewers and septic systems alike. After a $2,400 repair to the septic system, the plumber told us to never use the thick stuff like Cottonelle, Northern, Costco's Kirkland brand and so on. I have a huge pack of Northern sitting in the mud room for emergency use only.

I would give anything to be able to buy "normal" Charmin again - the kind I used for the first 25+ years of my life. Then they had to go and "improve" it!
