My cleaning person was referred by my neighbors in our condo but many friends use agencies and are very pleased. We have multiple agencies near us but many use Angie’s list. My friend has a large home with many antiques and has used an agency and never an issue. I think the fact that cleaners are bonded and insured is very important. I see the agency people in our building and they seem quite nice and never heard of a problem.
