Need thoughts on type of carpet to purchase~

OK ladies, I need your help! I am going to be putting my home up for sale soon, and before I do that I will be replacing the carpet in the upstairs. If you were looking at homes to purchase would you prefer a Berber type carpet or a plush? Your help is greatly appreciated, as I am just not sure what would be the best.
