Need suggestions please

I need suggestions for a Thank you gift. A dental office helped my visiting relative with an emergency and charged her very little. She has had some tough financial situations lately and their treatment of her went above and beyond.

I don't know how many people work in the office, but my guess is that it's maybe a dozen. I'd like to express my appreciation. Any ideas?
