Need help with singer of a Christmas song...

I hear this song on the radio ALL the time, but they never tell who the singer is and when I look at their playlist it's too late.

It's a BEAUTIFUL song and the end of it goes like this " Hallelujah, the Son of God is here", "Hallelujah, the Son of God is here".

I've even tried googling those lyrics, but nohing comes up. Can someone please help me? I want to play it on Christmas.
