Need help with name and singer of a Christmas song....

I hear this BEAUTIFUL song on the radio all the time, but they never tell the artist or name of the song and when I check the playlist it's too late.

The end of the song goes "Hallelujah, the Son of God is here" "Hallelujah, the Son of God is here".

This song is BEAUTIFUL and I want to play it on Christmas Eve for my family. Can someone please help me?
