I know many of you are ebay shoppers and I need your help. I ordered a Borba product that was advertised and was sent a totally different product. I sent the seller a e-mail message explaining the difference in the two items. I told him I want to send it back for a full refund and he has not responded after the message I sent him 2 times.
What do I do now? If I have to contact ebay, how do I do that? I will appreciate any advice you have for me and thank you in advance.
