You can set your device to auto update software or do it manually, but if you are not updated, certain commercial websites may not perform as they previously did.
I will also add that QVCs IT department cannot help with any of these issues. The only exception would be if you see others post the same problem. This happened a month or so ago when multiple people had the same exact issue, and that was a different story.
@on the bay , you got the correct response from google. The answer to your question is that most people have their device(s) set to auto update software. There is no hardware update unless you get a new device.
There are also so many different phones, tablets, PCs out there that unless you are using the exact same device and are at the same exact update (ie iOS 18.1) as someone else, no one will have the same problem.
@Tori3569 Welcome!š„° My devices are always up-to-date with the latest updates!š That is the first thing I consider when these things happen, but in all of my time chatting here, I have never had this issue until now! Hopefully, it will resolve itself!š

Sandy, it could also be that your device updated and QVC hasn't yet. It works both ways and I hope it resolves for you.

I have the same problem in reverse. I have 2 separate passwords but the forum password automatically logs me into QVC. It drives me crazy. I haven't been able to figure out why. I just have to be sure to log out of both when I leave.
