Need Fortune Cookie Sayings Suggestions

My cooking club will be doing a Chinese dinner in mid-January. While everyone will bring a dish from a specific cookbook and we will make homemade dumplings together, I thought it would be nice to order fortune cookies. I know that I could probably make them, but that is not going to happen.

I would like to have some uplifting sayings as we start the new year, but I just have no idea what they would be. If anyone has suggestions, I would really appreciate them. Thanks!

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

How about, " Let a smile be your umbrella, but don't get mouthful of rain " . It's corned but it makes me laugh. 😀

Just use Google with the search term "custom fortune cookies". Pick any of the companies from the list and they can help with ordering fortune cookies in various flavors and will make fine suggestions for custom fortune messages.

Since it's for a cooking club, you could stick to positive food related sayings somewhat adapted like

"many cooks enhance the broth"

"a pinch of salt is always enough"

I'd avoid anything snarky.

Or if you want a giant selection of typical, pleasant, more general fortune cookie messages, I Googled "fortune cookie messages" and found many pages. Here's a head start to stimulate ideas.
