We have 3 cats, one is nearly 10, the others are 2, so when something happens, we don't know which one did it. This morning, we found that one of them pooped in the living room. The litter box hasn't been moved, although we did change the litter, but that was at least 2 weeks ago, and it gets cleaned everyday. Any ideas why a cat would suddenly go to the bathroom no where near the box? Once in a while of of them misses the box, but this is different--thanks!
