Need Advice for My Sister-In-Law (bad marriage)

My sister in law has been seperated for a few months from her jerk husband. She has never worked in her life and has 2 kids. Her husband hasnt given her any money and her bank account is down to 0. She has no idea on what to do. We've been telling her to divorce him, but she has no money and no idea on how to even begin. Are there any organizations that you know of that might help her. Her husband doesnt work. He gets a small disability check and he has a stash of money he inherited that was never on paper, so there is no record of it. And no one knows how much, but she speculates that it might be around 300,000 dollars.

Any advice?
