Glasses, bottles...pffffft. I'm going for the jug today, figuratively speaking of course.

I've never been one who can easily relax. I'm always moving, even if I go nowhere. And it's now harder and harder for me.

I have no idea why....

@suzyQ3, in large part I think it's how we arrive wired when we're born. Some are introverts, some are extroverts. Some always have energy, others not so much. I have family members who are high energy go-go types, and who feel guilty if they're not "doing something" (useful or purposeful). But then, they're several years and quite a few years from retirement.
