I LOVE ice cream.  My favorites:

Cherry Amaretto - Lopez Island Creamery - Topped with fresh pitted cherries

Wild Blackberry - Lopez Island Creamery - Topped with fresh blackberries

Salted Caramel - Molly Moon

Caramel Toffee Crunch - Tillamook

French Vanilla

We had a local Creamery that used to make cantaloupe ice cream but it has gone out of business.  It was delicious.

Better-half told me I had to have some ice cream to commemorate this special day.

I finally decided on a bowl of Van Rixel Bros. Toasted Coconut gelato.

Just trying to keep it local.

Well shoot, I just realized that this is yesterday's news and post! But it made me want some, dang.

I'm going to see if I can interest my husband in taking us out for some or at least a store run for the freezer later.

We miss the self serve Frozen Yogurt franchise that was nearby to us.  Closed due to Covid and never reopened.  Almost as good as ice cream and slightly better choice health wise maybe.
