i dont have an instapot, but i would definitely try this as a side dish to a roasted chicken or turkey.....no bun or toppings, of course.

That carrot thing sounds disgusting. DH loves hotdogs...they are on his keto list...but I can’t get past the fat in them, no matter what they are made of.
One summer we took a group of summer camp kids to tour a local sausage factory.....they also made hotdogs there.....it was a rude awakening to everyone,,,,,especially me! I just can’t eat a hot dog😬
