i know that mary beth does quite a bit of new host training. she has posted about it numerous times. she has trained them in italy also.

Wonder if QVC still feels that's working well for them after all the expense of training and terminating (which includes hefty package deals). Perhaps another trainer should be hired for those new hosts? Someone with a backbone to shape them into professional salespeople.

Marybeth is a delightful host, but she must be too sweet to train the last several years groups of hosts . . . none of which have survived for long. Didn't take long for them to fall by the wayside. How did CZ last so long? She was a train wreck throughout her tenure! Yet others, far more successful, left or were let go for unknown reasons to viewers.

If vendors are gone what is the point? To hear endless life stories of hosts like Jane?

 I watch QVC because I could hear the real story behiond the product, I care less about salespeople.

Rick turned 60 in January. A lot of other hosts are pushing that number too.

Sharon did give notice on the air. Kathy Levine had the big send off.

l of these kids were hired over a year ago. Some of them were terminated, some quit. After that q2 shut down & that was the excuse to get rid of 3 senior hosts & 1 newbie

IMO I think Mary Beth will be retiring soon.
