Algebra... l had a hard time learning it and l barely passed it !!
On the other hand, I loved and have used all the business courses l took and also loved English. I was a secretary for 36 years. Definitely didn't need Algebra during that time!!!

Algebra and diagramming a sentence.

I believe I use odds and ends of many different disciplines as I work my way through the maze of our complicated life, but I'm certainly not sure of that. I do know I sometimes wish I could still look at a world map and recognize the countries on each continent. I believe the last time I could name and accurately place all the countries in Africa I was in sixth grade. For Europe and Asia, I could do that as a college freshman. Now the only continent where I'd volunteer to fill in a blank map would be North America.
Guess I won't make it to Jeopardy in this lifetime!

Algebra (all those word problems and imaginary numbers. Why, why, why....)
Geometry. I had no idea what they were talking about from start of the school year till the end. Protractors, compasses. Again, why, why, why.

In my adult life, I have never needed to know or figure out: "If train A left the station at 9 a.m. going 90 mph, and train B left the station at.......", so, Algebra!
And what about that periodic table? I can only remember a few of them, and the only time I've used them is to answer a Jeopardy question. No beakers or bunson burners in my house either, so, Chemistry!
And so far, still have never needed to cut up a frog and know where its parts are.

Algebra. I tried 3 times to pass the class (one in HS and twice in college) and dropped out 3 times. I just didn't get the whole X Y thing and didn't know why anyone would care. Thank goodness I didn't need it to graduate and I didn't need it in college. All we had to take was a year of some kind of math and I took basic arithmetic.

I was and still am a math geek (as my boss reminded me today, lol). So, my answers would be physics, though I wish I understood it more today and also Poetry (lovely, but zero use in my job or life in general).

P.S., Also have never needed to flop around on a pummel horse or climb a rope all the way up to the gym room ceiling, thank goodness!
