I live in NYC, the Mayor held out as long as he could, finally closing the schools ( it is possible for the rest of the semester). I wonder about the remote teaching, what happens to lower income students, do they have tablets and the internet available to them?

Our DIL is a NYC school teacher and school is closed till April 20.  Our grandchildren are Nassau County and I think they were supposed to be out for only 2 weeks.  That may've changed.
