Hi LR!

We're fine, what an awful quake that was. 6.1 is big. Our house was really shaken and it seemed to go on an on, which makes it worse for those at the epicenter. I'm amazed nothing fell off the shelves this time (at our place) because it really was nasty.

It happened at 3:20am and we didn't get back to sleep for hours. I was shocked that it took so long for the local news to get on the air, but of course, being the weekend, they were all home in bed. We did get some news by way of twitter and Facebook, thank goodness for social media. Our daughter heard from friends all over the country.

We just got up after finally getting back to sleep, and have to check the outside of the house, but I assume all is well. The kitties were little troopers.
