I was just writing about my trials and tribulations on the Wellness board.  It's deja vu all over again... The Thomas fire, smoke settling in SF, asthma reaction, flu symptoms back.

We got Thomas fire smoke settling in SF again, they even ran a photo of it, declared Spare The Air Days and conditioned everyone with asthma and auto immune problems to stay inside.

I'm back to dealing with the asthma.
