It seems to me the cost mailing a statement and postage to customer is a cost of doing business.

All of our bills still come hardcopy.  If anything would happen to me my husband would be completely lost.  I've tried to involve him in paying the bills but he just doesn't want anything to do with it.

@DrakesMomma our husbands must be related.  He's in so much trouble if I go first!

Not happy with it, called QVC and was refered to bank...I cancelled my QVC card. When Lowes did this, same bank, I called Lowes and they exempted me from the added charge...QVC would not do this. I spent thousands a year....no more...hopefully HSN won't do this too.

I received notice from Synchrony/QCard today (3/8/25) they will bill $1.99/month beginning in 2 months unless I elect paperless billing.  I have dealt with their paperless billing issues with Lowes.  It was a mess.  If QVC elects to continue with Synchrony, I will no longer use the QCard.  I can use another card.
Has QVC Customer Service thought how this additional fee might be received by their customers?

We all got the notice. They gave me a choice and I made it. I will pay the fee. My choice.

Unfortunately. EVERYONE is charging fees. Used to be all part of doing business.  Now we chip in to help with. My bank charges fees, but reverses mine because I keep certain amount in, otherwise it woukd be 6.00@ mo, the DMV is charging fees for all fees, unless cold cash, smaller businesses charge for using any card, even ATM, some a percentage.  All county tax boards are charging for payments, unless check.  The list goes on and on.
