That's too funny.  When I saw the title of your post, I thought you were referring to actual orangutans!  They are quadridextrous ( can use all four limbs sort of interchangeably!) Since you are in San Diego, I hope you had an opportunity to meet the precious orangutans at the zoo!  And, I'm pretty sure that they would be able to reach that toilet paper roll!!  😂🤣😂🤣.  Safe travels!

I would be concerned about the flooding especially if it is not a new problem and they haven't attempted to fix it and are still renting those rooms...yikes! There could be a black mold problem in the walls or ceilings i would think....it happens very quickly after drywall gets wet, etc.

I would not give them a good review on social media for sure!
