NCIS thoughts

I love this show and watch every week, reruns included. I am just lost with what Vance is doing. Is Vance trying to get rid of Gibbs????? I really, really, really DISLIKE that new gal they wrote into the show. There is just something I do not trust. I hope they do not write her into the script for next year program. Loved when Gibbs told her to respect "their group" and let Dinozzo go.

The boyfriend of Ziva. I think he was on CSI Miami,????? Or was it Without a Trace????
He just seems so sleazy, not sure why, but maybe underhanded. I wonder if the boyfriend and that new gal were involved.

Just trying to see what any of NCIS watchers are thinking about.
