I don't think that they are silos. They seem to be isolated and I would think that the Russians would have security around them. Interesting is that they look so even and straight down; but I agree they appear to have formed from inside out, so the melting permafrost is a very plausible explanation.

Looks like an impact crater. There's also mysterious Crop Circles that were recently made in Germany.
