Re: My two rules at HomeGoods…

We have only one of those stores in my city and so far I have never been in there.  I felt like my wallet would take a hit if I did.

I did however two years ago this past July sit as a juror on a two week trial where Home Goods was the subject of the lawsuit.

After two weeks stuck in a courtroom I was sick to death of hearing about Home Goods.

Re: My two rules at HomeGoods…

I think I said this before, but it no longer interests me to go in stores browsing.  I used to with my mom, then my daughter.  We would always bring home a "treasure."

Now I have those things from days gone by.  My mom has passed, my daughter lives in another state.  It is depressing to me to walk around those places now.  That's why I started shopping with QVC.🥲

Re: My two rules at HomeGoods…

A sister of a friend of mine works part time at Home Goods and is always telling me to stop by and to let her know when so that she can be there to give me her 20% employee discount, the store location is much larger and  better organized than some that I've been to, I try and avoid shopping there because as one poster mentioned I end up buying unnecessary things that I really don't need.
