He is only 6 years old. Always healthy after a rough start. He was adopted with his brother from the Humane Society and both kittens had tummy trouble at first but nothing since then. He was very lethargic and not eating. Took him to the vet and they don't know what's wrong but lab tests show kidney and liver failure. The dr. Gave them very little hope but gave them antibiotics and said to give subq fluids 3 times a day. They brought him here on the way home from the vet so I could show them how to give subq fluids. He is very weak but came up and rubbed on my leg and purred while he was getting fluids. I sent home Abu's AD food and the fluid kit. The doctor recommended that they put him to sleep but my DIL is a nurse and didn't want to give up on him. I think we need a miracle and I'm asking for your prayers. He is an orange tabby. Very sweet. His name is Freddy.
