RRR, Did you purchase it from QVC or some other web site?

I love it too. I got it as the TSV good price and easy pay too. I was shocked at what came up out of my rugs. I had a cheapo vacuum that apparently did nothing. Its easy to use the cord is long and the cup is easy to empty. I would highly recommend it.

Count me in as a huge Shark fan! We have the pro navigator lift away too. I used it just this morning. I can't imagine ever not having it now. pinky

Re: My report on the Shark TSV

I have owned several Sharks (2005-2010) and they were wonderful - except that all 3 stopped working after about a year. The motor is too powerful and it gets wrecked. I do have pet hair and the occasional toy mousie going into my vacs.

I bought a Dyson 3 yrs ago, and so it was more of a bargain than the Sharks, as it's been running problem free. It has even more suction than the Shark, almost too much for two or three of my delicate rugs. But it is heavier and sturdier and has held up.
