My pug died - other pug is depressed- help

We had two pugs for 8 years- Annie and Sophie. Sophie died a couple of days ago and Annie is having a hard time - she can't sleep and makes howling noises. We have tried having her sleep in the same room as us, but she makes so much noise. Annie stays out side most of the day and she is so noisy that the neigbors are asking whats wrong.

Is there anything to calm her down? We try to have her in the house with us -she still is anxious and can't relax.
