I appreciate all the tips and suggestions. It sure SEEMS like I must have something set to "Only Me." (haha) I'll check the things you've both mentioned, NoelSeven and dooBdoo. I'm sure it's likely a Settings issue; it's just puzzling as to why it started happening out of the blue; I've posted on FB for years and haven't intentionally changed any of my settings.
It seems like updates to our programs at work always mess up something new the next time we get on, so it may have been one of my computer's updates, too.

It happened out of the blue because they made sudden, major changes to the settings and also to their algorithm. It's thrown many users for a loop. And, as usual, they didn't offer any sort of announcement about the changes nor do they respond to questions or complaints. They have little or no direct customer support -- it's as if their attitude is "use Facebook or don't use it, but don't bother us."

LOL -- you're so right, dooBdoo! In fact, that's why I posted here because I already put in a note to their "Report Problem" link, but when I sent it, I got the message that they don't answer your individual questions, but they'll look into the problem. So, obviously, I wasn't holding my breath for a solution from them!
