My older chihuahua...........

My 9 year old chihuahua the last few days has really increased her drinking and peeing. Last night she wet on my bed, she couldn't help it so I spent the night downstairs with her a she drank and peed constantly. Tuesday I'll take her to the vet as I'm positive she is diabetic

My questions are #1 Does diabetes suddenly appear#2 does anyone have a diabetic pet
