My kitty Paul started giving his Christmas presents early

I was sitting on the sofa watching TV when he came in running straight to my mom's bedroom. He was making strange noises but not as if he was in distress. I was too exhausted to go check it out right away. She was asleep and finally woke up to find Paul laying there behind her. I asked her if he had brought her a mouse and she said no but turned and saw the mouse between them. I went to see and Paul looked so proud LOL She had to get up.
