I asked him to pass me the phone so I could call my sister's house. He hands me the remote control to the t.v. I touched one button, then realized what he had done.
I just don't need that kind of help. LOL

ROTFL ...You expect help from your man? Honey, they help when they can, but most of the time they never hear you. Selective hearing is their strong point. Ours is telling them ... Not THAT, the phone. Hey, at least he gave you the remote.

I treat my husband like a well loved, big dog. Talk sweet to him and rub his belly, pat him on the head when he does something right and good. Men are not as complicated and smart as we women are. I have a really good, loving and sensitive husband, but I trained him.We will be married 44 years next month.

@LTT1 Is this ever true! I have told DH that he can look right at me, face to face, and after I am finished talking, he can't tell me what I said. I read once, that this happens because the woman is so beautiful that the man cannot concentrate on what she is saying, so I used this on him, total silence, LOL.

2 mornings a week, my husband is up early to meet his friends for coffee. By now he’s used to hearing me say “don’t forget your cell phone”.
About a month ago I’m fixing my breakfast and waiting for him to get home, and see his cell phone in it’s usual spot. As soon as he walks in, I ask him why didn’t he answer his phone. His response was that it didn’t ring, so he reaches in his pocket to see if his phone was in locked mode, and pulls out his glucose meter!
I haven’t let him forget that!
