Ha!   I have a $20 Trac Fone from Walmart, since I only use it in the car.  I HAVE talked to that lady in India.

And yeah...I had to go thru the liquor department to get to the bakery.   The Jack Daniels was tempting...until I saw the price tag (!!!)    di

@We rescue catsWord and Excel are now subscription services across all platforms I believe.  However, if you don't HAVE to have those, MAC has their own version which is pretty good.  They will import your Word/Excel documents and will also export in those formats if you need to share your documents with someone using those products.

I had trouble with Word continually crashing on long but not complicated documents and ended up making the switch.  And those documents that crashed imported and didn't crash once I got them into Pages format.
