@feline groovy, I've been away from the boards for much of the last several days, so I missed much of what is being discussed. We have many similarities. Please know that you are not alone. And that you are loved in the very best of ways. Heart

Actually, many public boards have saved lives.  I have seen wellness checks called for before, and they did help those in need.

I was online at one time when it was clear a poster was having a stroke.  The powers that be were notified and they called for medical help which was needed.

Let me put it this way to you...

If some of you think it's an act, keep it to yourself.  Consider the fact that you could be wrong and are making it worse for someone in need.

@feline groovy take care of yourself and try to look into ANYTHING mentioned that may help.....it definitely cannot hurt. in the meantime, best wishes for you and sending you positive thoughts and energy as you move forward with your life.

I agree with your post, @sunshine45.

Hi @feline groovy,

I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers, that everything works out for you. Heart

Please keep looking into the social programs in your area.

So many of us do care about you, and would love to see you "land on your feet." Heart

Please know that just because some of us don't put our personal lives out there online, doesn't mean that we don't understand what you're going through/that we can't relate/haven't been through something similar ourselves, or that we don't know someone who hasn't been there themselves.

I'll be thinking of you.

I like this quote and I think it says it better than I can:

You are BRAVER than you think

STRONGER  than you see

SMARTER than you think

AND LOVED more than you'll ever know.

I hope you know that many here care about you.  I don't know what happened nor do I need to..... but I do know that painful experiences often change people for the better and can be learning experiences that can enrich our lives.  God Bless you.  You are important to Him and to us!

I hope you can find some additional resources through the officers.  You’re very brave to have reached out and shared your story.  I do volunteer work with people in similar circumstances.   Until I got involved I had no idea how many people need help.  It’s a real eye opener.  We receive daily calls about utilities being shut off or evictions.

I also live in the Mid-Atlantic region and I know some resources but they’re for local residents.  I understand you not wanting to say exactly where you live.  Unfortunately we could be several states away from each other.  I’m hoping the police can direct you accordingly.   You're in my prayers.  Peace and blessings to you.
