@KingstonsMom  So very happy to hear that you and you daughter came through this unhurt.  We are living in such dangerous times! Sending calming thoughts your way.

BTW I was surprised and puzzled to read your response to @Kachina624 .  I didn't read anything negative into her post at all and was surprised that you were offended.

@KingstonsMom I am glad that you are okay and are able to tell of your frightening experience.  People have lost their minds and are full of anger for some reason.  Our little town has been venturing to the dark side and a lady got shot and killed weed eating in her yard.  We have one red light and about 3,000 people.  Give Kingston a big hug as it is said to lower your blood pressure, interacting with pets

@KingstonsMom    Wow, what a terrible thing to experience, glad you are both ok.  There is so much hurt, anger and hate everywhere, it’s so disheartening.  I’m sorry you had to be in that situation. Hugs to you and your daughter.  Take care.  We can ALL try to be more careful.  It’s just so unexpected.

@Kachina624

I am SO glad to hear that your post was just a misunderstanding on my part.

We've always been cyber friends here, even if we don't agree on everything, and I was SO hoping that I misinterpreted your post.

Thank you so much for clarifying, I'm just still in such an emotional mood I guess I misunderstood.

All love to youHeart

I am so glad you and your daughter are all right. What a horrible experience. You must be very shaken. I don't know what lunatics are roaming among us but their having guns can make a trip to a store, a movie, a fast food restaurant, a school, or a house of worship a harrowing horror. I'll never understand it.

@KingstonsMom We were almost car jacked there once.  Cop was passing on an adjacent road, turned lights on, raced over to us, slid his car to a halt, jumped out of the car and drew his gun and motioned us back on the highway.

I can't imagine your experience, but I can say I know how things like that can come out of the blue, day or night, safe area or not, suddenly the world changes.  We had just realized what was happening (you tend to think oh that's not it) when the policeman saw what was going on and took action.

I hope you and DD are able to put this in perspective soon.

@shoesnbags

I totally agree, as I apologized to @Kachina624 I think the stress of this just happening, made me hypersensitive.

I truly apologize to @Kachina624  and I truly hope she accepts it.

@KingstonsMom    Thanks, I'm sure you're still very rattled; who wouldn't be?  I looked up a Savanah TV station that had a video of the scene.  It was very chaotic.  Nobody is safe anywhere these days.  Just glad I don't live in Texas where guns won't be licensed and there's no regulation, a nightmare.  Glad you and DD are okay.
