My Teleflora Valentine's Saga

I wish I could find the owner of the company and shake him right now about his company's customer service. I ordered an expensive arrangement last Monday to be delivered in another city with no problem online for Valentine's Day. When it was 4pm and no delivery I began to TRY TO CALL company to see what's going on, only to get busy signal, which went on until after 8pm, when I got message saying they were closed. Then I tried their other side where you can place an order, where I was kept on hold from 8:10pm until 10:35pm when I finally gave up. No flowers were delivered yesterday.

I called this am & was told that the florist in Arizona had "refused to deliver because it was out of his area" and that they had "gotten another florist." I was assured that they were to be delivered during day today, I would get refund, and email immediately and phone call when order delivered.

When 5pm tonight came and flowers were still not there i called Teleflora back, was told several times by the rep that I was informed yesterday that there was a computer glitch (I WAS NEVER SPOKEN TO YESTERDAY!! which she would not BELIEVE) and did I want to have the flowers redelivered?? Of Course I did I told her and insisted on being put on hold while she personally called the florist to insist that they would be delivered tonight. Two and a half hours later I am still waiting for the confirmatrion email that was to be immediately sent about a credit to my account, and that the flowers had been delivered.

I have worked with companies for years and have never gone through this before, but at this point if I do not get a resolution within the next hour or so I may have to open my own store or find a way to contact the owner of the company for help. I have never heard of such awful customer service in my life. Thank you for listening.
